For those of you who are UK taxpayers, we would really appreciate if you could sign a Gift Aid declaration form so that we (and you) can claim extra relief on your donations. For more information about how Gift Aid works, please read the HMRC guidelines. For those of you who would rather not, or who are not UK taxpayers, please click the non-UK taxpayer button.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
Delivery
Upon booking through the Eventbrite page, Eventbrite will automatically email you your tickets. These can be presented either in electronic or paper format on the door.
Arriving late
If you arrive late for the start of a performance or after an interval we appreciate that you will want to take your seat as soon as possible. We will do everything possible to assist. To limit disturbance to fellow audience members and artists we may have to ask you to wait until a suitable break in the performance. Occasionally this may not be possible once the performance has started.

Returning your tickets
If you are unable to use your tickets we offer an exchange or credit service. Tickets can be exchanged for another performance of the same production at equal value or for a credit voucher valid for a year. In order to take advantage of this service you must inform us at least a week before the performance (14 days for group bookings of 20 or more). Any decisions after a week before the performance will be at the discretion of the management.
Refunds
Tickets will not be refunded unless a performance is cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place.
Conditions of entry
The taking of photographs, capturing of images or the use of any recording devices including mobile phones during any performance is strictly prohibited.
No member of the audience will be permitted to sit in any gangway which intersects or flanks the seating.
On occasion either the venue or a permitted third party may carry out general filming and sound recording in or about the venue.  By purchasing tickets you consent to you and your party being included in and to the exploitation of such films and recordings without payment.
We always reserve the right to:
•    refuse admission to the premises and any of its venues
•    request any ticket holder to leave the venue, and take appropriate action to enforce this right
•    change the advertised arrangements of any performance in the event of illness or any cause beyond our control. This includes non-appearance of any named artist.

Donations included in ticket price
In order to minimise our ticket prices and get the most from your money, our quoted full-price ticket prices include a donation that, if you are a UK taxpayer, will be used to apply for gift-aid. If you would like to purchase tickets without giving a donation to Opera Lyrica then please select the non-UK taxpayer option above and type in 'non-don' when asked if you have a voucher/discount code. The amount of donation is dependant on the ticket tier and venue, so if you wish to find out how much the donation element of a ticket is, please email us at info@operalyrica.co.uk or fill out a contact form.
